Juris Gulbis

Chairman of Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Tet (the largest ICT provider in Latvia).

He was appointed to the Board of company on January 1, 2007, when he joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.  

Juris Gulbis began his career in 1994 as a junior accountant at Coopers & Lybrand in Riga, Latvia and continued in London UK, where he obtained qualification of certified accountant. On return to Latvia he held several finance and management positions in various FMCG companies. 

His first important executive appointment was in 2001 as a Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the largest bottler and distributor of alcoholic beverages in the Baltic States - Latvijas Balzams. 

After that, Gulbis served as executive director of the S.P.I. Group SA, a producer and distributor of alcoholic beverages headquartered in Switzerland and Cyprus. Gulbis holds degrees in Civil Engineering (Road, Bridge and Airport design and construction) and Production logistics management from the Riga Technical University. He has attended Advanced Executive Management Program at INSEAD in France and Singapore.Gulbis is a member of Council of Employers’ Confederation of Latvia. He is also a board member of Latvian Information and Communications Technology Association. He also serves as a member of Advisory Panel of Riga Technical University and Riga Banking School. He is also a member of the National Economic Council and the Chairman of the Competitiveness Committee.


Gusts Muzikants

Member of Management Board and Chief Commercial Officer of Tet.

Gusts Muzikants joined Tet at the end of 2011 as Director of Business Customer Department. In the spring of 2015, he became Director of Private Customer Department. At present, Gusts Muzikants is the Chief Commercial Officer at Tet.

Gusts Muzikants started his professional activities in 1996 as a sales representative for Pepsi Cola GB Latvija, becoming Director of the Sales Department thereof within two years. Later, he worked as Director of Sales Department at SCA Hygiene Products.

From 2001 to 2011, Gusts Muzikants had succesful employment at the international company Kimberly-Clark, initially carrying out the duties of Director of the Baltic Business Unit, and thereafter – the duties of Regional Director of the Baltics and South and Central Europe. He was a member of the European People Strategy Team, charged with the responsibility of implementing the People Strategy in Europe.

Gusts Muzikants has graduated from the University of Latvia, Department of Business Administration, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in business administration. In 2013, he has attended the Telecoms Academy in London. He has also pursued distance learning, studying the subject Strategic leadership, Creation of sales offers, and the Art of negotiation at the Global Marketing University. 

Ingrīda Rone

Member of Management Board and Personnel Management Director of Tet.

I. Rone is a board member of the Personnel Management Association. In earlier years, all her professional activities have revolved around personnel management. She has a degree in psychology and an MBA from the Riga international economic and business management university. Previously, she has worked as personnel manager at A/S Laima and A/S Staburadze, as well as at SIA Pepsi Cola General Bottlers Latvia.


Gints Bukovskis

Member of Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Tet.

Earlier Gints Bukovskis was an Associated Director of Business Consulting Services at financial consulting company KPMG Baltics. Before that he was Latvijas Krājbanka Board Member, as well as AS Latvijas kuģniecība Financial Director and Board Member. He started his career in financial sector as an Audit Manager at the company PricewaterhouseCoopers. Gints Bukovskis acquired a diploma of bachelor of accountancy and analysis of economic activities at the University of Latvia.

He is also a member of the largest international association of accountants ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

Since 2014 he holds an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) degree from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Uldis Tatarčuks

Member of Management Board and Chief Technology Officer of Tet.

Prior to this, with effect from March, 2009 he fulfilled the duties of the Chairman of Citrus Solutions Management Board, but before that he was the Member of Citrus Solutions Management Board and Commercial Director of Citrus Solutions.

Before joining Tet Group he fulfilled the duties of Regional Business Manager of Bite Latvija. He has also been the Chairman of  joint stock company Falck Apsargs Board, filling also other management positions within this company.

Mr Uldis Tatarčuks has graduated the Latvian Academy of Sports Education with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Pedagogy. He has also studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia and has obtained an MBA from Riga Business School. Since May 2014 Member of Council of  Europe`s IT Association for Telecommunications ETIS (Electronic Telecommunications Information Services).
